No. It doesn't. Being homosexual doesn't "cause" disease. That's a common misconception. Diseases(STDs) are spread through sexual contact, heterosexual or homosexual. In fact recent studies show that gays are less likely to get STDs than the heteros. That's mainly attributed to the gay community's openness in educating itself.
thats actually not true, std's are more prevalent amongst gays so is drug use for that matter. I used to live by boystown and had 2-3 gay friends one of which had HIV. And they werent fags(overly exposing their sexuality: flaming) either but some of the promiscuity they related is just sickening, even for them. That "community" is more a forum for casual hookups.

Some food for thought. The highest rate of AIDs happens to be among African-Americans. While what you say may be true, the fact of the matter is that STDs are absolutely not "gay diseases" and being gay does not cause them.
