Reading now sounds like Motta and probably cheaper option Palladino. Though looking at it, Motta predominately plays 4-2-3-1 formation. People with more knowledge here, could that work for Chiesa and Dusan together or the best formation IYO?

For me only those two and Bremer are untouchable on letting go. Love to see Chiesa and Dusan together with a different manager. Palla only 6 matches with 4-2-3-1 but has 5-1 record with it though against weaker league competition.
