Why this kid doesn't start and Motta/Grygera do I will never understand....The two mentioned haven't once out performed Sorensen once this season despite there more numerous starts...its so frustrating.

I don't think he will be loaned. For a kid his age, he has definitely grown up quickly. His passing yesterday was superb (minus the bad cross). His first touch is great, especially when bringing the ball out of the air when under pressure is not always easy.

He seems so cool and collected at the back, especially yesterday. Gotta say, I love his man marking abilities as well.

(any time now, someone will chime in telling me that I am overrating him)

Is he potentially brilliant with another seasons experience under a good manager? It may sound silly but I feel like we might give buying a right back a miss this summer depending on our budget.

That's what I think. But if a Capello comes he might not give him the chance, however a DD might. So it depends if you ask me.

He has a lot of potential, I also saw him make some more forward runs than he usually does. That's a good sign:)

That link up with Krasic and the eventual excellent cross shows he's come far as a right back. Should have been put away.

Not to mention the consistency he has shown there. Much better than the other 2 that play there.

Im gonna state my unpopulair opinion. But this kid has shown more class than Bonucci in defending. Good positioning in general, crosses are improving a lot. Determination in his defending. He comes forward quite often recently. He wont be the new Maicon but I think he can become very good though.

Best Juve transfer in a very long time along with Krasic and Melo imo.
