Im gonna state my unpopulair opinion. But this kid has shown more class than Bonucci in defending. Good positioning in general, crosses are improving a lot. Determination in his defending. He comes forward quite often recently. He wont be the new Maicon but I think he can become very good though.

Best Juve transfer in a very long time along with Krasic and Melo imo.
i totally agree with you,at this moment i have faith in him to be a great defender more than bonucci

What about Melo? He runs his ass off for the team too.
But he has been fairly inconsistent.
meh id probably give it to storari tbh how he is not in the Italy squad is beyond me
It's pretty obvious actually. Prandelli doesn't want a 2nd choice keeper who is likely to retire around the same time as Buffon and has no long term future with the team.

I don't think Del Piero deserves it either. No one was good enough imo except for Quaggz but even he missed half the season. The only reason Andy picked Sorensen is for being young and non-Italian in a team where that's a rarity.

I wouldn't pick anyone just to show how disappointing this season has been.

goalkeepers last longer than outfield players in general, so age is rather irrelevant, anyhow prandelli keeps going on about rewarding those on form, well if you ask me i dont see what someone like sirigu has done that justifies a place in the squad over storari this season.

Sorensen is my player of the season. All the other contenders for the award have done jack squat in the new year.
I would probably say the same too. He has been more consistent than our so called "consistent" defenders.
Quags would get my second spot.

Sorensen has broke through in a club that never likes to use young players and isn't Italian. He wins.
I don't think people realize the extent of that comment. That is huge when you think, that as an 18 year old playing (well) for a club as grand as Juventus is massive. The fact that they picked him to play during the rebuilding of a club like this is incredible, and he has done so well. +rep to Sorensen.
I picked him because he's done well and he's playing out of position as a friggin' 18 year-old.
18 years old. This is the kind of success story I'd like to see coming out of this club more often. It's amazing the benefits we could get, just like this...when all the club needed to was take a risk. Now look, we have an 18 year old CB owning some of the top European talent as a RB. Not too shabby.
