I have 400m in the bank but "only" 175m in transfer budget and 3,9m/w in wage budget (of which I am spending 3,3m/w). But the board has refused to increase the stadium for so many years now. It's full every time, even against no name clubs in training matches the stadium is packed. We have zero debts. So my question is, what is my board doing? Why are they sitting on that pile of money? They refuse to give more money and to build a new stadium or increase its capacity (44,000 atm). I want to spend it in Sancho but they are asking for 170m, so... not sure what to do. Our commercial revenues has steadily increased over the past years and we now have a global reputation following league wins (two years ago, finished second last year) and europa league two years ago and CL last year.
Edit: I sold of half my u23 to raise the budget to 175 so I could afford Sancho (I have a bid accepted but delayed due to lack of funds). But I don't really understand why the board is hoarding cash.
