This guy is basically the English Pogba. Plays mezzala and always dangerous. Noticed him at Spurs at 16 but they kept asking for a load of money and he didn't seem worth it. But a tip - if a club asks for a huge transfer fee for a young player they almost always have a very high PA. I paid €76m for him when he only looked decent but his attributes have gone through the roof season after season. If you have money to burn these players are worth the risk. I'd be surprised if this guy doesn't have 188 PA or even more.
I had the same with a Scottish AM from Coventry called Fraser McGinty, they wanted €56m for him when he was 16 and they were in the Championship. I didn't bother as I didn't need him and he is non-EU. But he went to Bayern for huge money and is already world class at 21.
High transfer fee request = high PA from richer leagues/teams.
