My first season with Juve usually ends up in the shitter... and by christmas things were looking the same this time around. For a long period I had to convince every day player (one player each day for like a month) that we would turn things around. 9/10 times they were skeptical and believed we'd end up at mid-table where we were at. Fortunately, no teams decided to splash cash on my players and they stayed around.
Then in january I signed Depay and Gabbiadini and finally found a balanced approach (tried pretty much everything to until then to no success). We finally started to climb up the mountain (below mid-table) and eventually run towards the top. With two games we had secured the title.

In the group stages things were also looking poor, lost to Sparta Prague twice(!) and Porto yet still managed to pass group stages. Somehow (still don't know how) managed to beat Barca (lost 3-2 away and won 3-1 home), finally managed to beat Sparta in the quarters and moved on to the Semis where we lost 2-0 away but turned it around with a 3-0 at home. In the finals against Real Madrid we for some reason won with 1-0.

I have no clue how any of this happened and am still very surprised, but of course happy! Not sure what to make out of it how much is down to pure luck, the players, or the tactic.

Finally a big regret; Buffon, I was unable to renew his contract and he is moving on to Real Madrid. A few days in prior I had decided to not sign and Valdes who then decided to sign for Hull. I really didn't know who to sign so I'm splashing 40m euro on Rulli and will hope for the best.

Wow, so similar to my first season.

The Board wanted to sack me around January where I lost bunch of games. But I was always in the top 4 in the table. I told the board to give me one month to turn things around. I ended up winning the treble! I had only bought Balanta & Lucas Romero, and Sold Padoin & Giovinco.

Beating Real Madrid in the semi's 3-0 at home was so weird. For some reason they were playing 4-5-1. I guess my team was so scary to them to play that defensive with Vidal, Pirlo and Asamoah out injured. I lost the return leg 3-1, going to final through aggregate. Won the final on penalties against Chelsea.

I lost Buffon too, though I could have renewed his contract earlier but I wanted to reduce his wages, so his agent canceled the talk, I waited then Man City jumped in and signed him.

I just bought Lloris, 24m pounds, to replace buffon. And sold Llorente for 19m pounds. ;)

Exactly the same as I did.
I also signed Romero early on but did not want him straight away but until the end of the season. How did you play him? And I too signed Balanta in the January window.
Not sure now what I will do with Marrone. I've been trying to sell him for a year with no luck. He's too weak to rotate in the defense but in my midfield I will rotate Pirlo, Romero, Pogba, Vidal, Marchisio, and Pereyra. So I can't see any room for the guy, what did you do with him?

Romero has been very good for me centrally, covered for both Vidal and Marchisio when they were injured.

I've loaned out Marrone, hoping he gains some play time, and hopefully sell him next season. I've loaned out Morata and Coman as well.

I may have to purchase, but the fact that I create players all the time is daunting as I have to spend ten hours in the database.
Can't you just duplicate a player then to save time? Don't know how it works.

Morata... I've given him soooo many chances and for some reason I can't get anything out of him. I am obviously doing something wrong be he scored like 2 goals i 30 games. Now he is complaining because I won't increase his salary - like wtf!?! I will likely ship his ass out during this silly season. During the first winter break I loaned out Fierro who I guess can be my new Tevez deputy.

Morata scored like 5 goals for me. Weirdly, important goals. But his morale was very low throughout the season. Napoli offered me 13m at the end of the season, but I decided to loan him as I still think he could still become valuable.

My forward line for my 2nd season are Tevez, Berardi, Munir & Richairo Živković.

I tried to sign Munir, but he decided to sign a new contract at Barca instead...I'll have to wait till it expires or he doesn't get playing time

I'm afraid you missed your chance if you couldn't get him from his 10m release clause. Now you'd have to break the bank for him.

Who is he? Zivkovic that is.
After the first season I bid 9m for Berardi but Sass offered 10m so I lost him. :( The next month I tried buying him and increased my offer every time, the last bid was 45m euro and they refused it... like yeah, that's gonna happen in real life... (the offer and the declining of it)

Dont know him but he's rather highly rated on the "wonderkid player lists"

I wanted to get that Traore from barcelona, but i was to late, so i settled with a 12mil Tielemans as my only transfer of the first window.

- - - Updated - - -

Cl group : Real Madrid, Juventus, Liverpool, Dynamo Kiev.

Now that is some draw..

:D Good luck!
Tielemans was great for me when I played with Anderlecht, he's a bit weak though so if you can I would advice you to bring him on as an AMC. :)

Lacazette, Coman, Pereyra and Balanta are doing wonders for me.

Firt season won Serie A and lost in 1/2 final in CL vs Real. For the second season, I sold Llorente to Arsenal for 25m, Barza to Monaco for 7m, Seba to some english team for 18m, Caceres to Lazio for 20m and Bonucci to Chelsea for 43m lol. Bought Gaitan for 11m, 1/2 Berardi for 9m, Coentrao 5m + Isla, Ivanovic for 3.5m, Ayew for free, Ben Arfa for free. Loaned Zouma from Chelsea. Alex Sandro is comming in January for 20m. Pogba, Vidal, Tevez, Buffon, Giorgio renewed. This is gonna be great season. :tuttosport:

Anyone can recommend me of a strong AM (behind the strikers)?
I prefer my AM to have a great dribbling skills 17 and up and a good vision 17 and up although I won`t be too picky as I failed to find someone who is strong enough and also affordable
