Ok. I learned the details of playing with same code. You need both code and steam account. Once you activated the game you should go offline so more than one player can play in same time.

That's not exactly getting twice the use of the code, that's more like simply using someone's account in offline mode. Won't last forever, either, as sometimes Steam will go online to update itself regardless and unless someone's willing to share their account with you forever, you're fucked.
