So first season i signed Vertonghen, Sanogo, Badejl, Ninis, Pocognoli, Shaqiri and some youth players and I won the league; second season i bought a few well established players like Lavezzi, Paloschi(free transfer), Lucas Moura and some other youth players, and I finished 10th 
S); This season i got Hummels, Hernanes, Schelotto and a few more youngsters, i won the first game 3-0 away to Sampdoria, then lost 1-0 to Milan, beat Inter 2-1, lost to Palermo 1-0, beat Cesena 4-3 and lost to Atalanta 1-0 :S I've tried different formations including: 4-4-2, 4-2-4, 4-3-3, 4-3-1-2. 4-2-3-1, 3-3-4 but have never found one that is consistently good for me!
Also Buffon makes so many stupid mistakes in my game, like mistiming the cross, bad release of ball, waiting for the ball to arrive to him on the edge of the box and the striker getting there before him...I'm going to try replace him, but the best keeper i found is the 21 year old of Chelsea (courtoius or something liek that), but he is not currently interested in joining us.
When i get home i'll post a screen of my full team so maybe you guys could give me some ideas.
This is the team I have from the top of my head:
GK: Buffon; Areola; Tresor
RB: Lichtsteiner, Schelotto, Romario(out on loan)
LB: Pocognoli, Berardi, Alboronoz(out on loan)
CB: Chiellini, Hummels, Vertonghen, Arnaud
MC: Pirlo, Hernanes, Badejl, Marchisio
AMC: Lucas Moura, Ninis, Kagawa
AMRC: Shaqiri, Fetfatzidis, Krasic
AMLC: Giovinco, Vucinic
ST: Paloschi, Quagliarella, Lavezzi, Matri, Sanogo(out on loan)
In January I have Babacar joining.
All my midfielders are interchangeable, and most attacking midfielders can play as strikers, and strikers as attacking midfielders.
Any suggestions?
