Too true. Never in his career. He never dove at all. Probably the most honest player in professional football. Even Capello mentioned this quality Zlatan posses.
Only if you consider "not diving" as the only criterion for being a honest professional player. You might control the ball with your hand and then bury it in the net and this is not so honest if you ask me.

Bah, that's like scoring while being offside. It doesn't even count. By not diving he's showing his sportmanship. That's something Italians will never do or understand.

You don't want to be positioned in offside. But you do intentionally control the ball with your hand. It's something people of Balkan will never understand.
Martins example of Koller diving is proof that being a big guy does not mean you won't or can't dive. Zlatan despite being arrogant is actually a rather honest guy.
God did create evil in the world while being perfect. So i guess we can see dp dive and still call him God.
I love how big players get away with diving while young lads like eduardo get banned for it. Atleast eduardo said it wasnt a penalty. or was that ngog?

Thing is, Italians and Portugese in particular have this tendancy to cheat more than others. I actually applaud DP in that he rarely cheats despite being in an environment where cheating is almost encouraged.
Henry would have been welcomed with roses had he been Italian.
Del Piero can piss on the field, can play handball, dive 10x per 5min, make a sandwish while the game is on, this man can do anything he wants and we shouldn't be complaining.
OK I see where this is going, but there are plenty of other football cultures that have a 'winning by all means' mentality, and that is not narrowed down to diving.
Fred, I'm always trying to be fair and i'm a huge critic of everything I don't like about the team (or people) that I love, but I seriously think that Del Piero didn't dive there but he tripped.
