A lot of that actually applies.

I wouldn't say Camo is better than Cambiasso, they don't even play the same role, so i don't really know on what basis the comparison is based on. But if we are assuming that both teams are playing a diamond midfield, well then Cambiasso is much better than Camo as a central mid. Also Milito is definitely better than this Trezeguet.

In terms of the starting XI there isn't much difference between Juve and Inter. The biggest difference is that Juve have shit players like Grosso and Grygera starting a lot of games, while Inter don't have players of that level starting for them.

I have been saying this all season long, i don't think Juve lack quality individuals at all. You guys have a pretty good squad.

Tell me something new better.

Like why Arsenal isnt winning trophies.

Amauri >>> Pandev as a player. Just wanted to lay that out there.
Absolutely not.

Amauri's only advantage over Pandev is in the air. Even in some other Amauri's strong points, Pandev beats him.
Ball control and dribbling for example.

Pandev has the disadvantage to be from some unknown country on the football map and he wasn't hyped enough. If he was Italian, Brazilian or an Italian wannabe from Brazil, he'd have been rated much higher.

And unlike others who need one or two matches to draw conclusions, I've been praising Pandev and follow him for a long time now. I believe me and Tahir have been Pandev's greatest fans here for years.

I'm happy that an authority like Mourinho shares my opinion. He was always, since he came to Italy, praising Goran and saying how great talent he is. He even said that the derby will be decided by one of Pandev and Dinho, with which he indirectly told us who are the big match players in both teams.

Watch with your eyes guys, not with what the media has been serving you. If you do that you'll see a great talent on the ball, brilliant touch and dribbling, big match player.

P.S: And i'm a huge Amauri fan!

Defenitely disagree with Fred in how he (down)rates Pandev, even if I said we shouldnt sign Pandev if we can do better (allways been real skillfull, just too inconsistent to be a impact player for a top club). Amauri has very little over Pandev, especially talentwise, Pandev has shown and proven more in Serie A.

I like Amauri's real dynamic qualities, but we should ask ourselves by now if his breakthrough season was the norm or an exception in terms of what he can offer. While Pandev even though hasnt lived up to his talent as an impact player (his seasons tend to be divided between hot and cold per half), has shown more then Amauri for sure IMO.

Doesnt mean I changed my mind about Pandev just because he went to Inter, still unsure about him despite his obvious talent, if he can "carry" a top club regurarly.

Pandev is now overrated here. Brilliant! :scarf:
No, just that there was always a big ? about him since he never played for a big club. Now that he starts performing for a top club, adapting with the speed of light (after spending 6 months with no football at all), it's normal to rate him a little higher than before.
Are we overrating him, I don't know. But if i'm overrating him now then I was overrating him always.
Like I said, I was always a big fan and supporter.

Pandev wont have to carry anything. He is still behind Eto & Milito.

Him playing for Inter for 2-3 games doesnt change anything in how I rate him. Still unsure on him, if he proves himself to be quite capable for Inter, its another thing.

Its less about how one rates Pandev, and more about Amauri in this case.

Well yeah, but how much of an impact player he can be when he plays, and he will play quite a bit considering how Mourinho likes him, and how flexible Pandev is in Mou's tactical scheme (3 man attack).

If he will "dissappear" as he did too often with lazio, or be able to step up.

I think your Balkan passion has crept into your mind a bit. :D

But nah, Pandev is a good player, but I don't think people overlook him because of his nationality. Only morons would pass on players just because they are Macedonian.

I generally agree with Fred here on the discussion, but I did state that selling Amauri for a fee and bringing in a free Pandev would have been a decent piece of business considering form.

Selling Amauri would be a decent piece of business all on its own.
