So how old were you when Baresi and Beckenbauer played football?

What you said is the same with those who say that Maldini is the best ever.
Hardly ever watched him until he became a dinosaur, but it doesn't stop them from claiming that he was the best.
why is it maldini VS zanetti? what about carlos? offensively he could rape them both.

Seriously your hatred of Milan is clouding your judgement. Get over it.
Convenient way to downplay everything I say about Milan instead of replying with facts.
    Hoori does that too.

Interesting how I said hundreds of times that Baresi is the best CB I've ever seen, that the Milan of the late 80's and early-mid 90's, as well as Carlo's Milan of 2004 and 2005 were some of the best teams I've ever seen, but lets ignore that.

Then tell me my friend in what way was Zanetti better than Maldini (when both were at their peak?) besides longetivity?
Because he was consistently great. Because I don't ever remember someone outplaying him one on one. What more can you ask from a defender? He defended great, he doesn't lose the ball and he's doing it from the beginning till the end of his career.

Maldini was always a much better defender than he was in attack. I can't believe someone mentioned Maldini's attacking qualities. I have to ask myself if the guy watched Maldini at all? Granted, Zanetti's attacking quality are almost non-existent, but we are talking about the best DEFENDER and Maldini was outplayed a lot in his career.

I couldnt watch them celebrating. had my phone on silent so none of my inter pals could depress me even further. Switched channel with 10 minutes to go, Lord of the rings was on channel 4. Gandalf kept reminding me of Mourinho.
Anyway I guess they deserved it even though iam loathe to admit it. I had a feeling this would happen when mourinho signed for them.
Anyway life goes on So forza Juve Forever!

Their success has been slightly overshadowed by the Mourinho show really. In terms of the british media especially, but he's quite happily taken a lot of the post match celebration away by saying he'll probably leave. Instead of people talking solely about Inter winning the Champions League, they'll be talking about Jose leaving and potentially some of the players.... Milito?

Anyway, there could be a big opportunity for Juve to make some ground on Inter next season. Let's just hope Del Neri shocks us all

Mario Balotelli Planning To Etch Champions League Logo On His Head
The hitman continued to build bridges with the Nerazzurri faithful..
    By Stefano Federici
    May 22, 2010 11:32:00 PM

After enduring an emotional rollercoaster with Inter this season, troubled hitman Mario Balotelli once again had a smile on his face as the Nerazzurri sealed a historic treble by ousting Bayern Munich to the Champions League.

“The cup belongs to the players and the fans,” he declared to SkySport.

“I went over to the fans after the game to dedicate this victory to them.

“There is a party atmosphere inside the locker room right now and I want to thank everyone including my family for this incredible emotion.

The hitman was then probed as to whether he is pondering any new hairstyles in celebration of the victory.

“I want to get the Champions League logo etched onto my head. Let’s see what the stylist can come up with. It won’t be easy,” he concluded comically.

Supposedly Mourinho has already announced he is joining Madrid.

Pretty disrespectful move by him to Pellegrini IMO.
I agree, but more disrespectful from the mangements of R.Madrid and Perez. They wanted him, and showed no appreciation to Pellegreni's amazing first season ~96 points
I would love to have Pellegrini instead of Potato head Mr Luigi Del Black

Mourinho's little boy is just like his father :D
I was watching the interview for Jose on skysport, and the interviewer asked Little Mourinho
Is your father the special one?
    Mourinho Jr: Yes
    Will he coach Real Madrid?
Mourinho jr: Why not?! Hey Marotta hire this kids, he has better skills at post games interviews than all our coaches and managements
