I've seen people say "I hope football wins" when supporting this Barça side. Disgraceful.

Nothing disgraceful in hoping football would win;

All Mourinho teams are anti-football and -I use these words after great thought- cheats. His philosophy is to win at any cost, and so are his players (I thought Eto'o looked unhappy).

Watching a team "Shutting up" can be wonderful to watch, when done with skill. Last night was an example of play acting, and wasting time. Maicon went down as if he had broken his collar bone, only to play rest of the game unhindered. Those tactics can only come from the coach telling the players to "Do whatever it takes."

Disgusting coach, disgusting team, disgusting players.

And I would say the same if it were a Juve team. If you want to watch that kind of football in Turino then good luck to you: I don't.

The way I saw it, both teams did what it took. And both teams were their disgusting self.

Based on both legs, Inter were the superior team imo, even though Barca have superior individual players.

Special mention to Lucio as well. I never thought he was this good & disciplined. The change of scenery must have done him good.

Lucio must mean Sake of potatoes, because that is how he fell every time a player came near him, rolling around as those in agony. Vile.

And how can they allow Mourinho to run up to the ref to have a word with him:

You have missed the point, as far as I can see no one is suggesting that Inter should have played an open game, but defensive football and cheating are not synonymous. Barca had cheats too, and in Biscuit a huge one worthy of Inter-although the player would have been off anyway (rightly so/second yellow) without his ridiculous play-acting.

To fain injuries and unfairly time waste to the extent Inter take it to is repulsive.

It is time to have an independent time keeper. who stops the clock whenever there is a goal, and when a player is injured resulting in a stoppage of play.

2. Iniesta - Busquets
3. Henry - Pedro

Maybe some will disagree about #3 because Pedro is having a very good season, but still in the important matches, and in order to play a better football, i'll have last year's Henry 10 times out of 10 ahead of Pedro.

Really, if you think about it you'll see that Barca's best matches this year were actually a Messi one man show.

How can you call Inter cheats (which they are) when the whole match turned on a Razzy winning performance by Biscuits? WTF? Both team did what they needed to, in the end only one could prevail. So if Inter are cheats, so are the gods of football, Barcelona.

For the record, I had nothing against Barcelona till yesterdays match. Disgusting play acting, skin on the pitch (again WTF?) and all that bullshit about being more than a club. They are now on my hate list. Second after Inter.

The player wasn't gonna be sent off if Busquets wasn't acting.

Because that touch with Motta's fingers was so light that Busquets could have easily stayed on his feet and no-one would have even known that there was any sort of foul. Busquets acted twice. Once when he fell on the ground and the second one is that, now very famous, gif.

But Busquets did what he was told to do, some other Barca players who fell in Inter's box trying to cheat for a penalty did what they were told to do and some Inter players did what they were told to do.
