finally i saw the barca that ciro was talking off. this is the barca he wanted us to play like ... and he partly achieved it ...

very disappointing barcelona today, for my liking... (or should i claim they are overrated?)
Actually Ciro's Juve couldn't even play like today's Barca :D

I mean despite being really poor they kept possession and passed the ball around in a way Ferarra's Juve would have never dreamt of :p

The question is just silly, especially since it is just one game we're talking about. I'm not going to waste time explaining why it's retarded to judge one player because of another player's performance, so I'll just leave it right here. Waste of time.
This might be what happened to Molinaro:

Imagine a guy with very poor English joining here. The guy is a good guy but limited and insecure because he's aware that he's limited. You, of course, start making fun of him in his introduction thread already.
Then we play some spelling game here and we put the guy in the same team with you and Burke of all people. He knows that your spelling is great and he knows that he can't disappoint.
But it's you and Burke, unfortunately for him. Will you completely kill the little confidence he had? :D

Then he goes to some place where he's well received. Of course he'll do better there.

It's not just one game though, the guy has been playing well ever since he moved to germany and i rememeber just few weeks ago i've posted a news where they chosen molinaro in a formation for the european player of the week in one of the french newspapers. The guy has been playing well there for quiet a while now.

Anyways, hope he'll keep performing like that....

    Which third would that be?

Please don't tell me he's a good defender, because he is far far from being a good defender.
People sort of misunderstand my views on Grygera.

I prefer him to Zebina and Caceres because he doesn't do anything stupid.

He holds his position and forces the attacker to do something good to beat him, whereas Zebina and Caceres are desperate to dive and give away a penalty all the time.

However, I'm not suggesting he is good enough to start for Juve.

Then according to your assumption, if he comes back here with that confidence boost. He'll be just as good as he's with Sttutgart.

Fair enough, although being better than Zebina right now is no achievment. While i disagree about Caceres, while he may be a rash player, he is still a level above Grygera imo. His pace allows him to recover sometimes when he makes mistakes, also he offers something in attack at least.

Caceres has, unfortunately, been a necessary evil due to Juve needing the fullbacks to attack and try to provide width.
