If Bayern win the CL what does it mean to Italian football
Does it mean that Italy lose a place (instead of 4 it will be 3) to Germany and they gain extra CL spot? or it doesnt matter what the result be Italy would stay with 4 CL spots?

For season 2010/2011 it doesn't change anything. Italy will have 4 CL places while Germany 3.
But if Bayern win the CL tonight then in season 2011/2012 Germany will have 4 CL places while Italy 3. If Inter win the CL tonight (but not after penalties) then in season 2011/2012 Italy will keep the 4 CL places and Germany will have 3 CL places.

Inter winning the game in penalties = Inter would win their 3rd CL title and italy would still lose that 4th spot everyone is desperately want.

So forza bayern and screw Inter
