Ah! Honesty and ethic! Do you really believe, especially after this summer, that honesty and ethic matther anything in Italian football? In Italian football all that always matthered was elbowing opponents not to be chocked by them. Mors tua vita mea.
The honesty and ethic our management is so serious in trying to show is nothing but damaging to the team. We are not respected and this is because we don't make our voice be heard. We simply go ahead and smile. Always. But, as Ale said a couple of years ago, "Bon, bon, te pasa per cojon", meaning that being too good and smiley will result in people thinking that they can do anything to you, cause you'll never react.
Have we ever reacted, since the old management left? *Our own lawyer* asked for a penalized B even though, as also Cobolli finally stated a couple of days ago, there weren't illicits. Not that there was the need to state it. The judge himself said that there aren't illicts proved, but they punished us this way because of a 'clima that didn't convince them fully'.
We sold our players to our future direct opponents, for God's sake! The same players that are making them win these days to the same opponents that sent us in B.
The club retired an appeal to Tar, even though they could have won it (the president of that court had implied over and over again he would have been more than happy to put Federcalcio in its place) and even though they had associations of Juventini that depended on that appeal, cause they had appealed themself 'ad adiuvandum'.
Why is tar so important? No, not just for the scudetti, but cause the club would have gotten a payback for the damages of this summer. Money, for crying out loud, money at the moment we don't have. There's even more: not appealing (to get 8 points back, let's not forget) we gave our approval to be called thieves and cheaters. That's what we did. We said ourselves we deserved punishment and this is exactly what we are getting.
We shouldn't also foget that Tar wasn't the only road we could take, to put everyone in their place, at least on a sportive/ethical point of view. There was, and still is, TAS, the European sportive court. Why aren't we appealing? Why? Because probably to the management (or better, to the owners) things are good the way they are. Surely they are good to those who, starting from this february, started buying and selling Juventus titles, obviously knowing things before they happened.
The Triade didn't react this way to the accusations over the years. They appealed and appealed and won, in the end. What would ha happened if they had given up?
The positive thing is that they still haven't given up and if one day we'll get what is ours back, it'll be thanks to Moggi and to those fans who still are fighting for their lady.
As for Nedved, this is the 6th year I know him as a Juventino and he can be aggressive all you want on the field, but outside he has always been a composed, respectful and responsible person. He never felt the right or the need to protest about a ref or against his own club. Never. Not even when he was given that yellow that made him loose the CL final he had dreamed about his whole life.
Until last season, in the interviews, when asked what was special about Juve, every player answered that here all they had to think about was playing, the club organized everything else and this made performing well and winning much more easier. Now it's not this way anymore. Now a player like Pavel, a Golden ball that accepted to remain in B, let's not forget, has to *ask* the club to defend him. He has to ask and has to bring matthers in his own hands. We are not talking about a spoiled brat here, but about a man -father of 2 children- who worked hard all his life to get what he wished.
And, let me underline this, the fine is not because he left the team without him for 5 matchdays, it's based on a ethical code. Ethical. Nedved is to be fined on his ethic after a punishment that is obviously too harsh itself.
Interesting is also that while Cobolli with one hand appeals, because he doesn't agree with the punishment, with the other he fines the player and lets it be known.
By the way, facts, verdicts, accusations, comments and interviews of experts are all all accessible in internet and have been over-analyzed in these months on many Juventini forums and juventine association's sites. The turnover of the Club is accessible too.

I won´t disagree with you, since it is obvious you are living in Italy and you are probably more attached to the Club and know more about them than I ever will.
I´m just speechless, maybe I will come with a good answer another day.
