Camoranesi's form as compared to Fiore's form last year? Or last two years? If that's what you are comparing, Camo should be keeping the bench warm for Fiore
As regards to yesterday's performance, if you had the feelings Fiore aparently has about the whole issue, how full-heartedly would you play if you came in as a sub yet again?

Like George Best we wouldnt have seen him on the international stage. Or like Ryan Giggs, who played for England U21s but choose Wales because his parents were from Wales. Now England dont have a left winger

Yes its the Azzurri, but look at YOUR national league. Any foreign player remotely connected with Italian desent gets a national passport and eliminates the foreigner rulings. Kind works both ways only this time you dont want to swallow it.

This mentality of comparing a sub's performance to a player who played 65+ minutes is faulty.
Incubo, i think canna was undoubtedly the man of the match and deserves special praise, followed by zambro, nesta and gigi. Camo doesnt feature in that list, but he definitely did a lot more running than Perotta and Zanetti to his credit. So all though not quite the best player on the field, his contributions werent as hapless as theyre being made out to be.
Haha couldn't agree more. Camo was just horrifying to watch. The best scenario : One of the midfielders passed camo the ball... and he moves in left right and whoops lost the ball, oh dear, there goes whatever hope that's left of Italy creating and scoring a goal

Zambro gets higher credit because he didn't fok up his defending and actually tried to bring something into the game attacking-wise. Nesta defended well, as usual.

Well, he was involved. I think Camoranesi just needs to play the ball quicker, and he would do just fine. He seems to like holding on to the ball for long periods of time, dribbling past whoever he can. Maybe he can get around one or two, but certainly not three defenders. He needs to play with more urgency to pass the ball. And "Tootie" needs to stop fvcking around and pass the ball to the open man, not just through to Vieri.

The timing (which was BEFORE the match by the way) may have been off as the time to voice these oppositions already passed. However, he has a strong and correct point.
I think the team is far from united for many reasons...Trap's inability to bring them together: there have been 'clicks' of players in this team since 2002 as Totti-Vieri-Inzaghi had a bond with very little communication with Del Piero. The lack of communication between Totti-DP was very obvious yesterday as was the lack of chemistry and team work.
