We do need that, but we also desperately need goalscorers. In a 433 he would need to score goals. We shouldn't rely on playing a wingback as a forward, better a goal scorer there.

He does not score all that often but usually when he does it tends to be a very crucial one at key times in important games, maybe a bit similar to earlier days Cuadrado in that sense, no doubt he has a really good shot though but his primary focus is indeed to assist and has consistently had better numbers in that sense because of it.

So this guy sounds like he really wanted Juve and won't be paid the likes of Arthur and Rabiot. Sounds like a good cheap option needed. And he has good numbers in Germany but don't know how much that relates to coming here? Plus he is always available to play. 
That wil change when he comes here... we cant have players like that in the team, its not Juventus material
