Played FIFA 13 for the first time this weekend, I love the Juve rating Vidal with an 87 If I recall correctly.

Destroyed my friend, 6-1, in the first match. Mirko hat trick . He's a big Tottenham fan for some reason.

So he's always playing with Tottenham and I play with Juve.

Hmm, Vidal is only 87 because his form is great recently. He's 84 originally, but in instant play mode FIFA changes the ratings so it fits the form of the players.

No way. FUT has everything H2H has and a lot more.

Much prefer H2H to be honest, looking at the opponents team and formation, I can set up well to combat his offense. This is far more difficult when there are random players on the opponents team. Never really got into the FUT thing, don't really enjoy playing as anyone other than Juve or Italy which probably has something to do with it.

In mine the players started with their base rating. Don't think you can play career mode with matchday ratings.

Career mode is the best.

After I won 5 Scudetti, 5 Italian Cups and 4 CLs with Juve, I took on Stade Rennais in mid-season who were 8th in Ligue 1. I'm currently 7 points off Marseille in 3rd place in April, 2018.

Well, if you don't like to play with anyone except Italy or Juve, then FUT is obviously not for you.
Personally I like making my own dream team. Like right now where I have Klose and Cavani in the attack.

No career mode is with base ratings afaik. It's only when you use instant play it's with form.
But you should start playing FUT instead.
In FUT there are IF (in form) cards as well. Both normal player cards with base ratings and IF cards. Fifa picks their team of the week, and the players on that team then gets available as IF cards with better stats than usual. The only problem is that the IF cards are expensive as hell.

Man I wanted to recreate my FUT team of FIFA 12 and said.. Ok lets start with the most expensive one... Ribery. Had like 300k and went to see his price, the guy is more expensive than Zlatan ffs. 800k+

Anyone playing their virtual pro in career mode? My guy's rating is stuck at 78 at the moment but I cannot complete a ton of the accomplishments because they can only be done as a midfielder or defender. I know in the old games you used to be able to alter the players position but there doesn't seem to be an option in this one.

cant change it, was sad to find out

i hope, they add an option that with the points you earn, you can unlock a redo of your position etc

like the "scout new talent" stuff etc
