It's really funny thinking how hard we were losing it for him at the time. Him and Krasic both played phenomenally well in their first 6 months at juve.
Like Krasic I think he got figured out rather quickly. There is nothing wrong with having a one dimensional player (even after he is figured out) who is good at what he does (Amauri at scoring headers and Krasic as cutting in from the wing) it is only a problem when they become your main creative or scoring outlet that you rely on. If that said player is absolutely essential for your game plan to work then it is a big problem. But if he is only complementary to an already effective game plan then he'd be a very good bonus to the squad.

Llorente might turn out to be only good at scoring headers but marking him out of the game won't have that much of a bad effect since opponents are usually much more worried about Pirlo, Tevez, Vidal and Pogba leaving the likes of llorente and quagliarella free to screw around.

Also, Krasic game was basically based around 1v1s and running like mad on the wings.. but csince he got deciphered, he was shut down because of the lack of skill and intelligence.

Llorente{s game is not based around winning one on one duels and he is much more versatile than krasic in his role.

If only we had proper crossers, things would be inteersting.
