chiesa and motta worked zero days together. healthy chiesa is the best italian winger and it's not even close

napoli can only target chiesa if jj is stupid enough to sell him to a potential rival. also conte doesn't play with wingers. who does though lol

all this sounds like some clickbait bs
He did originally though, didn't he? 424.

So we signed Elia to make it work

he also played 4-3-3/4-2-3-1 with chelsea - until he didn't lol

adl thinks conte will stick with 4-3-3. the meltdown between those two by november will be glorious

remember when adl praised ancelotti for showering with the players? only to fire him a few months later :touched:

Senseless to think of selling Chiesa when a coach might come and actually play with wingers.
We have to look at it differently, we know chiesa plays off instinct and how he always likes to drift out wide, Motta however plays a strict system based on rotational movements of positions, something that Chiesa may not be used to. I kinda see where Di Marzio is coming from about Chiesa not being a starter, but we won't really know more till Motta and Chiesa start working together.

I call BS. Motta utilise the counter press and especially Chiesa is a monster in pressing.
I think it's more about his flexibility to rotate positions rather than the press.

On first glance I wouldn't expect Chiesa to mesh with Motta's tactics but it would be foolish to sell him without trying.
