Yeah I have 8. I need about double my current dedicated video RAM. That can be changed on BIOS, right? Video card is a AMD Radeon HD 7570.

Intelligence looks interesting judging by those perks at the end, probably going to put most of my points in that

You definitely cannot change your video ram in the bios. That's like asking if you can download ram.

8gb of ram is plenty.

7570 is going to struggle probably. You could probably get away on low settings.

Well, fuck. So I'm going to need a new video card then, which may require a bigger power supply than I currently have I've learned. Might look into a new processor then while I'm at it and if I can afford it.

I'm sorry to be sounding like a moron, I just know nothing about this shit. I'm learning slowly though, so thank you. I can't rep you :p

once this comes out my life will be over until release of force awakens
Pipboy Edition has been pre ordered for 3 months now. That's gonna be sold. Pre-ordering a digital copy next week and that's for playing.

Fuck, man. I'm doing my best to try and finish The Witcher before this comes out. Still a long way to go.

Might as well be 1997. :D
Well the other one is from 2006 :D

My parents bought the gaming one for Christmas for me and my brothers. They don't know anything about computers whatsoever, so it wasn't exactly top of the line when they bought it to begin with.

Your CPU is fine, don't worry about that. Just a GPU and maybe a PSU depending on what specs your current one has. Also if you're going to upgrade GPU you'll have to check your case measurements in case it doesn't fit.

Yeah, I was looking into that. What do I measure it by? Length, width, and height with the plug facing you?

:agree: Fallout takes priority over everything.

just length, everything else should be ok. but I guess you could check the other stuff too just to be sure. the 2 most important things are length and not actually watts of PSU but the amps on '12v rail'. each GPU has a requirement of 12V A and your psu won't be able to run it if the psu has lower than required 12v amps. watts are still important though.
