How many 90 minute games has he played to give you an idea of his overall level of play? Generally, you give someone 15 mins and he doesn't score, he's considered out of form. But 90 minutes, when he's at the pace of the game, he has that many more chances, he would perhaps convert one of them. Thats how players find form. Borriello has had more game time than Quag since he's been here and quite frankly, he's done nothing to warrant it.
Remember Gigi last year? A bunch of people wanted Storari to start ahead of him because of his dip in form. He is a different player this season because of continuity. If Quag has to be sold because he doesn't fit the formation or make room for a player that does, it's understandable. But to say that he's average or wasteful or his overall form is bothersome is just unfair because he hasn't had even one game that he's played start to finish. Oh wait he has. And he scored in that one.
By all means lets judge him as good or bad, but give him a fair yardstick before we do.

I think Quag's overall form is bothersome to say the least. Am I not allowed to have this opinion? And I will judge or rate players on what I see on the pitch.
But it's true, less minutes on the pitch is less time to impress. It is, of course, also less time to screw up
Besides, I've seen you criticizing Borriello as well. Why not "give him a fair yardstick".
