Who is blaming Grosso entirely for the failures last season?

Juventino[RUS] has a point though, how come some players do deserve second chance and some deserve just bashing?
Take Diego as an example then. He worked for the team, put effort in and showed obvious signs of class. He had an immense season with Werder Bremen before joining Juventus. Even last season we saw him defending in our own penalty area. Remember the game against Bayern Munich?

Then take Grosso. Ever since he finished the world cup final he hasn't come close to replicating his (admittedly, great) performances which he's been living off for 4 years. Inter, no. Lyon, no. Juventus, hell no. He's getting old and he's lazy. I already mentioned in my last post why I don't think we should keep him.

It's not a case of bashing either...well I'm not doing that. He is a bad footballer.

I'm also hoping we find a good left back in the market, that could start for us, but that doesn't mean that I hate Grosso or that he couldn't end up doing good for another team.
Then what's the point in selling any players then?

Molinaro for example. 2 and a half years of waiting for him to go. A few months into his time at Stuttgart and all of a sudden Secco is an idiot for including a clause to sell him. Tiago performed well at Atlético, Secco is an idiot for including a low clause to sell him. We have to accept that players perform in different environments and aren't suited to certain tactical situations.

And I far from hate Grosso. I guess his performances for us have got me riled up at him quite a lot though.

Looking at our current team, it seems like we aim to play physical&effective football, with lots of fast counters, while I can see Grosso doing good in a team that holds possession for most of the game, as he is good with the ball at his feet. We just don't have that kind of team, we have two runners on the wings and two DM's in the center. That's the reason why he should leave, not because he's awful player and every real Juve fan should hate him.
You touch upon interesting points regarding tactics, but what matters to me is when he's out of possession, and he's not suitable for the game. His pace is already an issue and he's lazy and unmotivated.

Grygera - no comments, Salihamidzic - finished, Poulsen, Tiago - balerina, De Ceglie - no progress, Giovinco - to play and shine in other team, i don't want to see him on bench next season
De Ceglie no progress and you want Grosso to be given a second chance with us? :lol2:

Nah, it actually felt bad that so many Juve fans were so fast to bash a Juventus player. I just don't see a need for calling players names, since it's the players that makes the team we love and support. Maybe someone is supporting just the symbol, the name or the merchandise, at least it seems like it., but I'd feel better if Juve didn't have those "fans" that talks about the good old days and hates the team nowadays.
Do u rememba Zebina e Melo situation in London? Fans searchin' person to blame and attack the most undefended players like Zebina,Grosso etc.

22 seria a games + 4 as sub, 2 goals, 2 assists - Molinaro or De Ceglie is better or somethin' ?
Fuck Molinaro, he's gone.

Stats tell a very small part of a story. Grosso is a fullback, not a winger, so assists and goals aren't very vital for him to have a good season.

And finally. De Ceglie will explode into form with us soon.

@Juventino Rus, i follow the Ligue and watch it every week, search for my posts about Grosso in his Lyon years, i never rated him, he had a somewhat decent first season at Lyon, but he wasn't as good as he was made out to be, he was also made to look like a joke whenever played against any decent winger(I could bring you examples if you want). In his second season he was a complete and utter joke, even aside from his injuries, whenever he played he was poor, Claude Puel got so fed up with him that he benched him near the end of the season and told the Lyon board that he didn't want him anymore and that he wanted a new leftback. He was so fed up with Grosso's silly mistakes that despite not having a second choice leftback and despite Lyon's many injuries, Grosso still didn't play. Sometimes he played Boumsong as a leftback, sometimes he even played Kalllstrom as a leftback, anything as long as he didn't play Grosso.

He was a laughing stock at Lyon, look up the Caen - Lyon game, where Grosso got so fed up by being made to look like a joke by Goufran, that he slapped him in the player tunnel between the halfs, and was subsequently sent off by the referee.

I was surprised when Juive decided to buy him, i always thought Grosso had one good WC and he lived on that reputation ever since.

->Salvatore

Diego did play with his heart at times last season, more than with his head and I surely love him. Grosso? Yeah, he seems to be lazy to get in shape, but at least he seems like a footballer and at times is absolute joy to watch, never hooping the ball forward, always trying to find space for a short pass. He'd do well in a team managed by Luciano Spalletti, Valery Gazzaev and similar managers, who like to play the game beautifully.

Well seems like we agree, I also want Grosso to be sold, it's for the better both for Juventus and the player, but he clearly doesn't deserve the harsh reactions, that's all I was trying to say, he's not awful player, he's just not in the right place.

And it's still more believable than Grosso becoming the king.
I never said that i see Grosso as starter for us, i just can't understand why he is person to blame for everything, i don't understand why fans made 2 groups - 1 is the players who u can't blame no matter what happen (Diego,Chiellini etc.) and 2 is players who get all bullshit all hate all insults on their self (Melo,Grosso,Zebina etc.) - i can't understand it.

OK let's finish it, we can discuss it whole day i'll never change my mind, i don't see the reason why Grosso must leave our team and why he is person to blame.
He is not the one to blame for a bad season, but he certainly must leave because he is simply not good enough to play for a team that aims for top 4 in Serie A. Despite the fact that De Ceglie is not any better than him, Paolo is more appropriate for a substitute since he is younger and fit pretty much all the time, which can't be said about Grosso.
