1) Kjaer
2) Santacroce
3) Zapata
4) Bochetti

In that order! Zapata could easily jump to the top of my list, but he needs to regain his form. He was quite disappointing last season. Santacroce is solid and possesses huge potetntial, but he needs to control his temper. Kjaer was very impressive last season, but he could drop down the list, depending on how he performs this year. As for Bochetti, he is a good player, but lack of top flight experience and exposure see him finish bottom of the list.

All of them are good players tho.

Marquez would be sweet, older but very very savvy and technical, would dictate from back, has more vision and passing skill then most of our midfielders :D

What are the real chances of us making a bid for Bocchetti or SantaClaus??? Does the Santa Claus deal hinge totally on a co-ownership routine with De Ceglie??? And if so, would that mean that De Ceglie would move to Napoli???

I have little understanding of these co-ownership deals. Am I right to assume that when they are signed, though the rights to the player are split 50/50, the contract stipulates which club the player will play for, for at least the next seaon, with that club also paying his wages??? and then, at the end of that season, the teams chat to see who wants him, agree to continue the co-ownership deal, or if they cannot agree, and someone wants him outright, then they have a blind auction???

exactly we need a brainy CB...therefore Bocchetti
Hey, I been hyping him up for a while with the Azzurrini, but one thing he aint is a brainy type of CB :D He isnt rash and simplistic like Santa's crotch (though saint crotchy is more talented), he is calm man marker, but he is the powerful and fierce kind, not the brainy type. Not rash lie Killini, but not a brainy one.

Hehe, when I think of Brainy, I think of Canna, Nesta, Lilian, and lots of others of lesser quality (Marquez, Rio nowadays...Lucio...not just kidding  ), but who read the game like no other, they know what shit goes down before it goes down.

But Bocchetti is rather good strong D, and is quite calm, but is not a quality to be called brainy for.

that bunch were indeed very gifted in the Defensive Arts...but even they took time to evolve into those kind of players...the more I see of Bocchi, the more I like...the Crotch is a bit too caveman for my liking

He is simpleminded yes, but IMO even if he hasnt had much of time to show it, and has been hyped a bit, he still is the more talented D then Bocchetti, even if he has some weaknesses Bocchetti doesnt. Mainly attitude and discpline stuff.

Santacroce and Criscito both joining would be simply brilliant for the club.

We'll have a very mobile and versitile set of defenders...all being able to play centre back as well as full back if need be.
