oww oww oww...

I feel bad for the Croats, but then again, you gotta admire the Turk's mentality...

Germany-Turkey will be a hell of match, I wish I was still in Germany

When the Turkish player equalised we all felt like we lost a CL final in final sec of the match.
He only scored the equaliser but for everyone in this country it felt like the Turk scored the goal that sent us out.

Slaven Bilic and the players felt the same way exactly. I'm 100% sure about that.
That's why it was impossible for him to say something to his players and it was impossible for the players to take the PK's.

P.S ....This was an answer to the guy who said that Bilic should have talked to his players.

no offense alen but when turkey scored the equilizer it was obvious that the would go on to win, the momentum shifted hugely in to their favour.

I think the Croation should hang this player number 18, their attacker forgot his name....he has to be the worst player of this tournament.
Ivica Olic? He's really terrible, like how on earth can you spurn so many chances in such a crucial match? And I wonder why ppl want such a game choker in Juventus...

And man Turkey must have produced one of the greatest comebacks ever, conceding a goal in the 119th minute to scoring in the dying seconds before the final whistle. At 1st I was wondering what the heck is Rustu doing, just when they are able to head out, they produced a goal in the 122th minute when a goal is needed. Their determination for this tournament is totally insane!! As for penalties, I know Turkey will win since Rustu is a good goalkeeper in penalties and seeing the way how the Croats shoot.

Next game is against Germany, whom the Turks know very well, but too bad Tuncay, Emre Asik and Arda will be missed. I odn't think they stand a chance aganist the Germans, but as they say, the ball is round.

By the way cheer up for our Croatian Juventuz members, you guys played a great gae as well and your coach is full of passion. I'm sure Croatia will have a bright future in the soccer world for many years to come.

If It was up to me, I'd ban him for his username :D
    :lol2:

It also happens to be his real name. I really wonder how he's not one of your enemies here.
I mean, the guy's name is Zlatan and he even took it as his username.

And you don't get into fights with him :frown:

I think that if you're surprised, nay stunned, by that equalizer against *Turkey* of all teams then you didn't do your homework. Didn't Bilic do any research on his opponent? Turkey has been playing exactly this way the whole time. If anything he should have told his players that this almost certainly will happen. So ignore it and focus on the penalties.

You're not serious, are you ?

We scored the bloody goal in 119 minute. There was one more minute to go till the end. Even that minute passed and we conceded. No matter the comebacks they made previously, it was impossible to concede in last sec and we couldn't have been prepared for that.

Yes, i know that it's our fault for not defending properly, but you didn't really expect Bilic to do something after that goal.
Even if he said anything to the players and he prepared them before the match, what are the chances they'd have stayed calm after what happened.
Even a robot, if the robot was Croat, would have missed his penalty after what happened.

Well to be fair, Turkey came back just at the right time and their morals are sky high. Croatia is heavily demoralised after conceding that goal. I don't think it makes much of a difference whether Bilic talked to the players or not, because from the way I saw them take the PKs, Croatia will definitely not stand a chance against Rustu because Rustu guessed correctly the area where the other 3 penalty takers wll go. He missed quite a distance for Srna's shot, but from the way he behaved after seeing Rakitic missed his area, I know he will save the next shot. Rustu's confidence is sky high during the penalty shoot out

There's your problem, you just can't give in to that :D

Cmon Alen, we talked about this before the match. It's Turkey we're talking about. This is exactly what they do. How can you possibly be surprised at it? Fine if you're 21. But Bilic has a whole career behind him, he's seen this before.
