I'm not scared at all . This is going to be excellent . Another game with France ? Wow , it's like these two teams are meant to play each other .

I'd rather see Italy fail in a tough group like this one rather than go out like they did in 2004 , the truth is Italy play at their best when the opposition's quality is high .

I think it will be very interesting .

I looked at the draw and went 'Where's England?' and then it struck to me 'Oh Fuck! They didnt qualify'.

TBH,I dont see Italy making it past this group with Donadoni incharge, and i take no pleasure in saying that.Apart from Romania, all 3 teams in this group are potential Euro 2008 winners.Even Romania are a very good team, and if Greece can win it,so can they:D.

I expect Italy to go out in the similar fashion as Euro 2004.Not losing a match, but not doing enough to ensure qualification either.Unless Donadoni is sacked,im afraid Italy are in for a very tough ride.

Damn, that's a tough group.

What I don't understand is how Holland were in pot 1 and not the reigning World Champions.

No way, group A is 2nd strongest, who cares about Austria vs Poland! Czech, Portugal and Turkey are all solid teams, and Switzerland is a very organized team.

Croatia and Poland are very underrated , I would say they are both excellent teams . Germany is better than all three teams in group A .

Huh, we got what we wanted. Austria is among the weaker teams in Europe lately (they found themselves in pot 5 for world cup 2010 qualifiers), Germans and Italians are the 2 teams that motivate us like no-one else can. The Germans will try to take a revenge for the 3:0 humiliation in 1998. We'll be 100% motivated when we'll play them, like we are against Italy and we were against England in last qualies.
The Poles are not an attractive team but they are solid enough. We're better then them , imo.

It's a nice draw for Croatia . It's much better than being in group A with Portugal, Turkey and Switzerland or in group C with Holland, Romania and France.
It's even better than being in group D with Greece, Spain and Russia (we always suffer against the ex-USSR school of football)
