What? Benfica got outplayed by AZ in the first leg. Out-possessed and out-chanced by the worst team in the EL quarters by far. They deserved to lose the first leg. They outplayed them yesterday. But they sure aren't "destroying everyone". A 3-0 aggregate over a side like AZ is pathetic. Especially considering that it was only poor finishing in the first leg that kept AZ from going into the second leg with a lead.

Because fan commentary is so accurate. We certainly played better against Lyon than Benfica did against AZ. AZ is a far more pathetic squad than Lyon and Benfica were outplayed by them in the first leg. We outplayed Lyon for 90% of the two legs.

Benfica as a team are more suited to european football than us,thats just a plain fact.This is the same team thats making its 3rd semi in the last 4 yrs so just stfu about uad quality,when ur at this stage of the comp it means shit all.And definitely this cup is not ours to lose just stahp fanboy and watch one or two of their games before commenting.

Hey, I'm a Benfica Fan, and looks like some of you really don't know Benfica, when I see things like "Benfica is the weakest team of the 4 remaining".
First of all, Benfica is playing with a lot of secundary players in Europa League, because our objective is the Portuguese Championship, where we only have to win two more games and then we prepare the Europa League games, so yes, we passed PAOK, Tottenham and AZ playing with the bench players, and we could have given 5-0 ou 6-0 at White Hart Lane for example, or we could won yesterday with for way more than 2 goals, if you saw the game. Juventus is playing worst than Benfica in the Europa League, in my opinion, because you played against a Lyon and win closely, against a team that lost in the group stage against Vitoria de Guimarães, 10 place in the Portuguese league, passed dificulties against Fiorentina, and did a very pour UCL group stage, worst than Benfica, that is very diffrent by now that it was that time.
Second, Benfica is an extremely secure team, can win for one and just rest the players the rest of the game and still win, that make the players be fresh for even dificult games, and probably we will play with our best team against juventus.
We think it will be a very good game, and a difficult one because you are the principal favourites to win the competiton, and that is good for us, because what I see in some comments here, and what I saw Llorente's facebook, you can have a really negative surprise.

Quite a few of us know how good this benfica team is so its natural we'd be anxious about this tie.
For me its 50-50 but if we play like the way we played against OL then we're defo out.

, so will play Maxi Pereira, it's a little bit worst in the defense, but is good in the atack, or can play André Almeida too, that is very good in the defense and not so good in the atack.)Luisão

Fesja(defensive miedfield) (Is not so good at the pass and drible like was Matic, but it's very solid in the defensive things, if he don't play, will play... André Almeida! That guy does everything, can play Ruben Amorim too, it's a classy and intelligent player, but isn't the right player for that position.)
Enzo Perez (This guy is amazing, just saying, very complete miedfielder, technically and physically.)
Markovic (He play in the left, it's our Wonderkid, very good technically and very fast, have conditions to be in the 30 man choice for the Golden Ball in 2 ou 3 years.)
Gaitan (He play in the right, I think you know him, it's like the magician of the team, does something incredible even if is not playing well at the rest of the game.)
Rodrigo (One of the Strikers, very fast, good technically, have a really good Left Foot and he score goals very easly, already selled to a found, for 30M + 10 for objectives I think.)
Lima (The other striker, an intelligent player, score goals easly too and is fast, not fast as Rodrigo, and is not so good Technically, but it's a complete striker too.)
Than we have other players, Salvio and Cardozo used to be in the first team, but get injured and now are out of the first choices because they have to get their physic well.
