good man...and WHY do English TV presenters still call Mourinho "Joe-zay", is it so hard to say "Hoe-ze" or "Kho-se"

or is it Joe-zay?
In Portuguese rather than Spanish I think it's "Joe-zay"
hmm yea I thought it might be that way...you 100% sure though?
I'm fairly sure. Perhaps a Portuguese/Spanish speaker can confirm it for us?
Yes. Pronounced José (as in Asia) in Portuguese and Khosé in Spanish.
josie morinho it is then.

Actually I know some Portuguese people and the way you pronounce his name is c*ntface.

haha! two great posts on this page :D

gerrard exaggerated, and his facial expression was bullshit, BUT when you burst through the box, jump, and go in to another player, you are going to go flying. so in the literal sense, it wasn't a dive, because there was no way he was keeping his balance. exaggerated, yes, but dive, no. the ref though, was a total fucking idiot. every player, and I mean EVERY FUCKING PLAYER will make that sort of expression and exaggerate at least slightly when you're losing at home, it's in stoppage time, and you get barged in to in the box. Again, i don't think it should have been a penalty, but the ref, NOT gerrard, should be blamed.

They're english. They mess up everyone's name or they give you some gay ass nick name that involves halfving your name and adding a Y.

lol, so true. bloody annoying. their commentating is just ridiculous when it comes to non-english names. can't decide if I should laugh or cry. especially eastern-european names, those are the true classics!

haha, exactly! i mean, how fucking difficult is it to say mikael/michael dietmar? granted, for liverpool supporters, "didi" was kind of a nickname.

"I hope he comes out and says he made a mistake because, as players, when we make mistakes we come out and say so".
-Steven Gerrard

"I don't think there's anything worse than a player diving when no one's near him. It does ruin the game".
-Steven Gerrard

"Players like Carvalho and Ronaldo are damaging football...".
-Steven Gerrard

"If I saw a team-mate doing it (diving), I'd definitely have a word".

But Rafa said it was correct pk :D

And he still dived, like all of England, he likes to preach like he is a saint, of how he is above diving, while being a consistent diver. But no one talks about it in England because God forbid they werent just like everyone else, and not morally superior as they like to pretend they are.
