ouuuuuuuch, i think he has the right to be pissed off they were owned full stop!!!!!!! iits his fault at the end i cant understand why he didnt start with saviola from the begining ahead of gud johensen who just loves to complicate things for him self. he also has to sort out that right flank cos it was dreadful.
TBH, I don't even know why they took Saviola back.

I saw the Real Madrid v Zaragosa match, and Zaragosa really disappointed me. I expected a lot more from players of their calibre, but their passing was poor. Madrid looked confident - good passing, worked hard off the ball.

Barcelona have a big competition if they are to win the league
Gago was beginning to show his worth in just his 3rd game(?) with real
higuain is spectacular
funny how opinions change so fast, i dont refer it to you particularly but when depo beat real i read comments like, real is out of title race, its either barca or sevilla.

Madrid is tied with Barcelona, I think we still can say that Madrid could get the tittle. Sevilla is doing a great job up there up it's a very irregular team (so is Madrid, so is Barça). I think we just can't say: "Sevilla is going to get it". Of this three candidates we can't let out one in the race to the tittle.

believe me it is good news for real that raul is injured since robinho is much better option in attack , barca advantage that raul still play :p

La Primera Liga: Team Of The Week (Round 18)

Goalkeeper

Sebastián Viera (Villarreal): If the Yellow Submarine do qualify for Europe they may well look back on their victory at Athletic as one of the key moments. While Diego Forlán netted the winning goal, it was Viera that was held aloft at the end after he saved a last-minute penalty from Fran Yeste to clinch all three points. The keeper also saved a penalty in the same minute on the same ground last season.

Defenders

Raúl Bravo (Real Madrid): After stepping into play in his preferred left-back role thanks to a long injury list, Bravo staked a claim for a regular place in the team with an accomplished performance. His tackling at the back and his pace down the flank to help with attacks were instrumental in a professional performance from el Real.

José Carlos Nunes (Mallorca): The Balearic side have rarely featured in the Team of the Week this season, but after their impressive victory at Sevilla at the weekend there were several candidates. Nunes' won the vote as his impressive performance at the back was capped by his fine finish as he scored the opening goal of the game for the visitors.

Enrique Corrales (Osasuna): While the spotlight was at the other end of the field following the Navarrese side's emphastic victory over Real Betis, the foundation of the win came at the other end as Corrales helped marshall a tight rearguard that prevented the Andalucian outfit from creating very of note. His strength on the floor and in the air was crucial throughout.

Midfielders

Jonás Gutiérrez (Mallorca): The influential midfielder has been named in the Team of the Week before and another inspired display against a very strong opposition midfield has seen him recalled this time. Sevilla's quick passing through the centre was nullified by the visitors and much of that was down to Jonás, who also impressed with a range of passing as he helped create as well as defend.

Gonzalo Higuaín (Real Madrid): On his home debut, the French-born Argentinian won the respect of the home fans with a confident display as he helped link the midfield to the attack. Instead of over-playing in a bid to impress, Higuaín showed a calm head as he displayed a mature performance by slowly building attacks at the right time and making surging runs forward when required.

Rufete (Espanyol): After being allowed to leave Valencia last summer, the right-sided midfielder has looked strong in an Espanyol side that are performing well in the league and the UEFA Cup. But against Barça, he put in his best display of the campaign as he tracked back to nullify the threat of Ronaldinho as well as causing problems down the flank, before netting the decisive third goal.

David Silva (Valencia): While the stars returning from injury may well receive most of plaudits for Valencia's return to form, Silva continues to remain one los Ché's most consistent performers. His display down the left against Levante provided the home side with the inspiration to win the local derby. While creating chances, he only needed to score to complete a near-perfect showing.

Forwards

Luis García (Espanyol): Against an FC Barcelona defence that rarely concedes easy goals, Luis García stood out alongside his strike partner Raúl Tamudo. His deft finish for the opening goal was outstanding, while his constant running and ability to aggravate the normally calm pairing of Carles Puyol and Rafa Márquez was critical in los Periquitos' impressive victory over their city rivals.

Fernando Torres (Atlético de Madrid): If los Colchoneros are to make a concerted effort to push for a top four finish then they need all their stars to be on form during the second half of the campaign. Torres has not always hit the right note, despite his potential, but against Celta he showed what he is capable of by scoring two well-taken goals and creating the third for Sergio Agüero.

Roberto Soldado (Osasuna): While Real Madrid have spent millions to ensure they score goals, they may well look back one day at their decision to allow homegrown forward Soldado to leave. At Osasuna he is becoming a local hero with his exploits and the brace against Real Betis at the weekend endeared him even further to fans at the Reyno de Navarra.

Where the heck are some of Deportivo's former stars like Walter Pandiani and Diego Tristan now?I know Pandiani was at Birmingham, but ive totally lost track of where he is now. Also,Deportivo had his classy spanish playmaker.I cant recall his name.

Where are all 3 players now?Is anyone of them still at Deportivo?

Tristan is at Mallorca, amazing player at some time, don´t know what happened to him.

The "classy Spanish playmaker" you mentioned is Juan Carlos Valeron and he is still at Deportivo, but ruined with injuries unfortunately.

About Pandiani, I really don´t know where he is, that´s the guy who ruined Juventus in CL 2003/2004.
