How the fuck did Arsenal think when they sent their best player and the best player in the league to their biggest rival? Why did they accept the bid, why?! What did they expect, that he would stink? He will single handedly give United easy wins in games they have no business in winning. They should just have forced him to another league. Isn't the point of football to become the best, not help your rivals be the best?

I think no one came close to United's offer. Arsenal's board/coach/players have no intention in winning
