England's Brave John Terry can't be a racist, but that dirty South American obviously is.

Please, that's one newspaper showing inconsistency with their headlines.

The Mirror, Daily Mail (surprised) and ITV say racism abuse charge. The Sun and BBC say abuse charge or charge.

The Terry case is also different, because unlike Suarez it doesn't hinge solely on racist abuse. Although I'd really like to see how many players in future get found guilty of abusing each other in a general way.

England takes it to a different level from the others.

Liverpool's transfers in the last couple of years being the prime example.

All the top 4 league's, over-value their players....its just the anti English mob that think its just England !
I'm English, but my point still stands. It certainly does happen in all the top leagues, I said as much in another thread recently.

But in England it becomes way past excessive.

It is worse then Serie A, because they operate with more cash, and the fact of EPL teams having less domestic players then Serie A, makes them value their own players quite excessively.

Nah, Pablo.

They are still quicker to pay stupid money for whoever the English flavour of the month is (Jones, Smalling, Walcott, etc.).

In other countries they at least wait for players to prove something before throwing a heap of cash at them.

Your point does still stand, and you are correct. I was just adding balance to the argument.

We have more money in England to, which will add to the value's.

Also though, for every Jordon Henderson, you have a Acquilani !

For every Andy Carrol, you have a Amauri !

Jones - £18 Million (Release clause met) , so was not really his value!
Smalling £12 Million, meh, not really much is it !!
Walcott - £10 million, not that much is it really !!

Iaquinta
Amauri
Acquilani
Montella
Ranocchia
Cassano
Quag
Matri
Pazzini
Bonocci (at the time was very high)
Jovetic*
Gaston*

Ok, not Italian, but unrealistic valuations!

They are all comparable. Inflated fee's for "Great" form!!

I meant Gilardinho instead of Montella !

I prefer Seria A for talent imo, but im just trying to add balance to the debate.

Im sure last season, as much money was spent in Serie A as in Premier League !
