Chelsea, Manchester United, and City have a lock on the top 3 for next season. Arsenal, Liverpool, Tottenham will fight for 4'th, and look for Newcastle, and West Ham to surprise.

Not at all, backup for Torres at best. He showed a lot of promise under AVB but he regressed as the season went on, under Di Matteo he didn't get much playing time and when he did, he failed to impress.
