I'm an Admissions Officer.

Thats a poor analogy imo. Because then that would be two employees in the same university, but in Evra Vs Suarez they both represent different organizations. So a better analogy would be, if an employee from another university calls me a sand nigger for example. :p

I'd sure as hell rat on the fucker.
well sicne you want to be all technical even about the analogy here, technically EPL pays a lot more of the salary than their respective teams do so it can be argued that the real employer is EPL. The real point here though, that you chose to ignore, is theres a lot of petty things mgmt chooses to ignore unless some no backbone idiot starts to complain.

FA should give Terry a ban if they gave one to Suarez. And yeah Gabriel, Terry's a faggot. FA is obviously playing favorites here so he should go suck a dick. I hope players go on strike unless Terry is suspended from the league.
Who the fuck are you anyway?

It's not as clear as the Suarez incident, in fact, that this whole issue went to court just did a massive favor to JT and his lawyers.

Whatever punishment the F.A. dishes out, it won't be a racially-related one, JT's lawyers will make sure of that, for not only is he not guilty in the eyes of the law, he'll be not guilty should the case be taken to the Court of Arbitration for Sport, as they have the same burden of proof, hence any appeal will win, as they will inform the F.A., just as they'll inform the F.A. that Rio has been stirring the pot racially too. They'll also make sure AF serves a ban if JT does, should a disrepute charge be brought up.

So no, they won't punish him now on the same grounds they did with Suarez.

And the FA is not playing favorites, they weren't the ones in court, it was the brits legal system that cleared JT.
