Are you telling me, Serie A is more entertaining or even better than the prem now, at this moment in time ??

And dont give me English players this that or the other, we are talking brands as a whole.
Who is denying that ?

Not that i enjoy watching PL football.

Depends on the match and one's tastes in football. If it were all about goals, footie would have a 3 point shot and a crease.

The prem is a great watch, and all the best players are non English. If it was mainly English players, it would not be as entertaining.

La liga can be a great watch, the defending can be comical, much worse than England imo.

So all leagues have their merits?

Yes, without a doubt. Im sick of reading English bashing though....any excuse to bash English players and the prem, and people are all over it.

Premier league is overrated, deal with it. They are lucky to have guys like Abramovich, Sheik Mansour, Glaizers, Henry who is spending billions on english teams, we don't have guys like them in Serie A because what the point to buy a club in Italy when they don't even have their own stadiums? So you have to buy a club, to buy a land, to build a new stadium etc. etc. and Italy is corrupted so you definitely should pay a bribe to some organizations

I like the Prem, but you have to admit that the bottom quarter of the league is shit. I mean really, who loses 5-0 to Fulham?

When it comes to the PL, you need to know who to watch, teams like Stoke, Sunderland and Aston Villa are boring route one football teams, that play the traditional british way. But then you have teams like Fulham with Dempsey, Dembele, Bryan Ruiz and co, who play decent football and are quite watchable. You have Everton, who while guilty themselves of playing the occasional long ball can still play some decent football at times with Pienaar, Baines, Osman, Fellaini and co. Tottenham have been a very interesting team to watch, with their attacking mentality, pacey wingers alongside creative players like Modric and VDV. Newcastle's team last season was also interesting to watch, and they too played the ball on the ground with players like Cabaye and Ben Arfa in midfield.

So, really i don't agree at all that mid table teams in England are boring teams that play route one football. Thats an outdated view on the league, like i said lots of midtable teams do indeed play the traditional british way, but there are teams who play good football too.

I find Serie A more entertaining, but I have different views on what football is entertaining compared to most people.

If a team isn't very good, I'd much rather watch them play some classic long ball, high tempo, aggressive stuff.

There is nothing worse than a bad team trying to play slow possession football.

EPL is great but man do those English players there suck. EPL would be the best league of all time if you take away the English/British player.

Take Everton-United as an example. On one side you are hypnotized by Fellaini and you have to enjoy the game, while on the other side you see a talentless guy like Baines (spelling?) who only knows how to kick the ball the hardest he can. Then you just wanna die that Baines actually makes big money from football.
Take the English out of the EPL and I'll be its greatest fan.
