Did I say that Carrick is a great player? No, he's gash. But still managed to be a first choice in a side that won 4 league titles and reached 3 European finals and 2 semi finals in 5 years.
Hargreaves was back from an injury when we signed, a different injury to the one which ended his career.
Anderson is far from awful, inconsistent but on his day he's good.
