He won't. He'll be gone, come next summer.
I do like him though, and if it were up to me, i'd keep him, but would he be ok sitting on the bench? As i personally do not see a place for him in the starting XI.
On a more positive note, i can't wait for next season. With Edu, Theo and Cesc coming back, all we need to do is add a centerback and a defensive mid. This looks sexy

Nasri will come good, he's frustrating but the kid is obviously talented and was unfairly thrown into the mix a little too fast. He's entitled to the 6 month adaptation period as well.
Walcott had a great start to the season, and while he isn't and never will be world class like they portray him to be, he is still a very useful player.
