I dont think he's too young at all, if anything i think it will help him improve.

Torres was captain of Atlético at 19 and look at him. Didnt do him any harm.
I dont think its worth the risk, it might hinder his game. I'd rather let him play his game and develop peacefully, he has enough pressure on his shoulders already, giving him the captaincy is just going to add more pressure imo.

Well, you never know how these things will go, its a risk worth taking imo. He is mature enough these days.

The only other option is probably Kolo.

I think Fabregas is burdened enough as it is, being the main man in that Arsenal team. Making him captain as well would be very risky.

I bet Gallas is the captain of Arsenal at the start of next season.

Very true.

Yes Gallas will probably remain captain, the thing is, there isnt a better captain in our team, which is sad really.

Gallas is a self absorbed nancy, i dont think i've ever hated an Arsenal player like i hate him now.

But shut up about Lehmann!! he'll always be a legend in my eyes

actually it was very hard on him being club captain AND their saviour/messiah there was far too much pressure on him in his time there and the move to liverpool has seriously revitalized him and he is playing with great freedom. cesc would be the same, the burden would be too much for him. if he stays i think flamini could be a great captain, his energy, drive, determination wold make him a stand-out

so hope he will be a juve player instead lol

Hleb is now banned for three matches for slapping Murty on the face, the ref didnt catch it. The way i see it, thats disgraceful, as Taylor who broke Eduardo's leg and possibly affected his career permanently got the same punishment :disagree:

That's because there is no punishment for breaking someone's leg. A real punishment for that would be to suspend someone for 6 months, probably as long as it takes the injured player to come back. But people don't want harsh suspensions like that, they say it can happen to anyone and it's just bad luck.

Imagine if the biggest punishment for a road accident you could get is the biggest speeding ticket they give out. It's the same kind of situation, all they can do is give the biggest suspension in their rulebook, nothing more.
