This is one thing that Bayern do have - even though net income isn't massive (it's highest level since 2010 was 23.8 million, which Juventus actually surpassed in the last 12 months trailing period. ), Bayern has nearly 100 million in cash on the balance sheet, which makes it easier to beat some teams in bidding through being able to offer a payment at once because of the liquidity. That being said - teams with healthy credit profiles (like Juventus) can tap their credit facilities if they really need it.

That is somewhat true, but in practice if Juventus really wanted to win a bidding war, they could use credit facilities. Given Juventus' low cost of debt, and reasonable debt load, that would be an option. In this case, assuming it was Bayern vs. Juventus going head to head, both could make it work, it would just be a little bit more burdensome for Juventus. That being said, neither team would pull a Manchester City or PSG, so it would ultimately come down to the will of the player.
Then how come lately we spent 26m for Alex Sandro and 32+8 for Dybala?
And if we want to keep Morata we'll have to spend a over all of at least 45m (20+25).
I'd say more than competing with CASH we're a lot behind competing with WAGES

Agree with u both @Valerio

The ressources of Bayern r limited too. They can easily afford to do shopping in the 120m€ region and then the cash is temporary gone, thats why a steady depreciation level is so important to refill.

That Bayern have extended so many important player contracts was another way to respond to the much higher turnover expected this season (mostly through very new lucrative sponsor deals and extensions e.g. Adidas alone + 30m or so)

I think its very balanced and always has been this way.

I don't understand the question.
Those recent outlays show more than anything that Juventus has grown in its propensity to pay transfer fees, due to a healthier financial situation.

Our wages have also grown as well:
In 2010, there were 171 million in Selling, General and Admin expenses, LTM there are 257 million.

That being said, we definitely still can't afford to payout the types of wages that Bayern do because we generate ~100 million in revenue less (using Juventus' most recent 390 million figure). That additional 100 million can allow a team to pay 20-25% more per player. That being said, the gap IS closing, and it doesn't mean we can't have a few players who make huge sums.

But it's strange that compared to other teams we stick to the policy of max 6m net income for any player.
I mean we never cross that line. We can cut 3 players and replace with ONE player but still never dare to offer more in wages to attract top players.

Because once you cross it, there's no going back... Now Pogba is the highest closely followed by a few others. Let's say we hand Pogba a deal of 8m to keep him. The others will also want a raise because of the balance. If Pogba earns 8m, surely Buffon and Dybala will be worth 6 or 7m... And the same goes for those beneath them; pulling every wage north and increasing the bill massively.

Income should match wage structure.

With higher revenue,we'll break that cap. We're not at that level yet.

It's understable if our management just give lower salary for new player. Bonucci, buffon, chiellini, barzagli, marchisio, litcsteiner who give all of their carier just earn 3,5m for each, why new signing should earn more?
If i were bonucci and marotta gave 6m to gotze, i would ask more salary.

that's stup id because if you sign , let's say, Cavani and he get's a 8m income why the likes of Zaza would need a wage increase?
So following this reasoning every Barcellona player should ask for 10-12m net income considering that Messi earns 18m/year.
Under Moggi the top players were earning what they deserved. If they had a problem with it the door was always open.

It's stupid to say max 6m and no more. Cause then many players are unreachable for us even if we could pay them that much.
Let's just say we should make a difference between starters and subs.
Giving less to bench warmers and more to starters

Thats the way we historically have grown. Another way is to invest in better and more marketable who could help grow revenue. Offcourse this would bring more risk into our business model but it could also help us to close the gap with the other top clubs faster.
