We needed an eclectic midfielder. We are linked by tabloids to anyone. Soon with his situation, probably Gotze based on thin air.
However, if we actually get Mascherano, it completely removes our need for additional central midfielders. The press wont be stupid enough to ignore that, so there would be no rumors you'd have minesweep about gotze and juventus

Actually, this is reminding me quite a bit of Heynckens Bayern.
Remember how Van Gaal put down the foundation ? Then they got Javi Martinez, Dante and Manbro and absolutely came togheter under Jupp.

The statements r too fresh for rumours. Götze had a very good offer from Liverpool with increased!!! wages, but has shut down negotiations and then came out with that weird statement, that he ll concentrate on a new beginning at Bayern. I directly thought, that its total nonsense and fake and all he wants is running down his contract to put pressure on Bayern.
Now Rummenigge comes out and showing him, that it wont be as easy for him as he prob thinks. He has to leave under any circumstances this summer to use his wage for somebody else and also not losing the transfer fee. The pressure is going to increase from here to get a club this summer. That could maybe lead to a heavy discount like 20m€ or so worst case.
My personal opinion is, that he has already made up his mind and wants to go back to Dortmund as a Bosman. He is trying to troll us, but he can forget about it. Watzke rubbing his hands in the background knowing about a good position to negotiate.
But if not Dortmund, then Juve have very good chances I think, IF they r still interested after signing CL winning missing piece Mascherano.

Dude please..he was seriously injured and tore a muscle bundle. He was out for almost 3 months and missed summer season preparation and all that to fake an injury? Götze missing the most important game of his and his clubs life cos Bayern asking him to? I mean seriously..in addition how can they fake the doctors? . The only places where I read this myth, that makes absolutely zero sense, is in some foreign forums. Not even the most deluded Dortmund supporters think that. He was injured thats all.
Another myth is, that Bayern have leaked the info about the move to them, but everybody who knows a bit, knew that the info was leaked from Dortmund corner. Bayern were absolutely not interested in that trouble during these important days.
