FFS yes we can compete with China, because its fucking China. Tell me a single player so far who turned down a big club to go there? All playing in mid level leagues/teams or are rejected from top teams. Majority are Brazilians straight from their league.

Football is still a competetive sport, and money matters ALOT, but we have both money and top competition and main spotlight of the game to give them. China only has the money part. So yeah you are wrong, its in reverse, China cant compete with us. Takes more then Gervinho's and Guarin's to do that.

Likes of players who will go there are Falcao types, who burnt their options in the big teams. Mata is not such a player.

Villa was amazing for several years, best striker for me with Eto'to. Silva is wasted? City is boring choice but he has been exceptional for them for most of the time except some inconsistency. Mata was amazing for Chelsea, great for half a season for Man U, then slowed down quite a bit.

It will tell a lot about his mentality if he chooses China over us so it will be a dodged bullet, a fully motivated Mata is the only one I want to see in my club because otherwise he'll be frustrating to watch+there's only 3 or 4 Chinese who are filthy rich and they can only register 4 foreigners each season so maybe after their current overwhelming mercato things will slow down a bit..I see China as more competition to MLS and clueless EPL clubs more than shrewd clubs that do proper scouting like Juve

There are some rumors that Inter will sell Kondogbia to get Biglia. What do you guys think should we go for him? Yeah, I know he is shit in Inter, but merda screws any football career. But Kondogbia instead of Khedira could be quite sexy I think. And he was really impressive in Sevilla and Monaco.

Amauri ends Torino contract
By Football Italia staff

Amauri is likely heading to MLS after terminating his contract with Torino by mutual consent.

The decision was made after 18 months at the club, in which the Italian-Brazilian scored three goals in 30 games.

He had been expected to leave during the January transfer window, but could not find a suitable club.

This season the 35-year-old made only two appearances for Toro, eight minutes in Serie A and 31 minutes in the Coppa Italia.

His previous clubs include Napoli, Parma, Juventus, Chievo, Palermo and Fiorentina.

Juve paid approximately €22.8m to sign Amauri from Palermo in July 2008.

There is no way in million years that Kondogbia would start over Khedira even suggesting such a thing should result in a ban. Kondogbia is benched by Melo and Medel that's how good he is at the moment.

Morata struggles to score double figures, for all the promise what matters is consistent impact. And Cavani would have an instant top class one, would easily score 30 goals. He scores that or near that with PSG despite not allways playing and being wide. Imagine if he was our main striker, think Tevez like impact in goals but better because you could use him alot better in the box.

Morata is better investment long term. But let's not delude ourselves he is in Cavani's level when he scored 12 goals in his best season and this season went 4 months without scoring.
Problem is are we able to obtain Cavani? i don't think so.
Sadly if Morata goes his replacement will be Berardi and not Cavani.

Don't think we can realistically, but was talking in terms of quality mainly.

Tho our chances wouldn't be bad to get him if he wanted to move, even if PSG would be foolish to let him. I said so about our chances because I recall he said he would move to Italy or Spain, doesn't prefer England on cultural /life style terms. And if that would be for real then his choices would really be only us or Atletico Madrid.
