After Aljazeera was removed from the Egyptian satellite, now 9 channels decided to support Aljazeera and broadcast live from Aljazeera Tv as a new challenge to Mubarak and his gang. The nice thing is that these channels are diverse and not related to one party in the Arab world:

1- Al-Mustakilla and Al-Hiwar: Two independent channels from London.
2- Al-Jadeed and NBN: Two Lebanese channels.
3- Palestine Al-Yawm and Seraj Al-Aqsa: Two Palestinian channels.
4- Aden & Suhail: Two Yemeni channels.
    5- Alkaramah: Jordanian channel.

Let's see if the idiot closes all those channels too.

Mubarak has just given a new speech.

He is the most stupid shit I ever saw.

People will kill him. That is the only solution for his stubborn head.

Shouldn't the title of this thread be updated by now?

Any votes? "Egypt 2011 demonstrations" perhaps?
    I'm with you on that.

    Tahir Square looks packed.

So Mubarak is stepping down in the future, but not now?
He was just lying as he said he never thought of being a cndidate for the coming presidency period. Everybody knows he was confused to be the candidate or to make his son the next candidate. When he is lying about this simple fact, nobody will take the rest of his speech seriously. He promised to leave after his ruling period ends. That can not be believed ever as if people go home, he will hunt them by his corrupt police and will make sure that he punishes them and he will stay for ever again.

So, the people can not believe him ever.

People are already mocking his stupid speech in Tahreer's square.

I think this will just make things worse. People are really pissed off right now.
People are so angry and may decide in any minute to move from Tahreer Square to the presidential palace, and then he will regret losing the chance of leaving the country for sure.

I'm sure the thing that's frustrating Bisco the most is the limited access he has to porn. I hope he survives.

I heard that only 200k pitched up for the million man march, is that true?

He's being stubborn and the people will not give in. Thing is, during these last months, he's going to make the people pay for all of this.

It's amazing how much Arabs value pride. Mubaarak just won't let his pride be taken away from him; he wants to go out with dignity and he's willing to jeopardize his entire country's well-being for it. And they say humans are rational beings...

He will see the same destiny of Nicolae Ceauşescu, it seems. And he can take his stupid pride with him there.

Seemed odd to me. His speech that is. He can't keep this up, he'll eventually leave or be removed.

What is the position of the Muslim Brotherhood? Are they willing to allow free elections if Mubarak is finally forced out?
