Well Twitter is blocked, facebook comes and goes, a few sites of non-ruling parties come and go

but people found many ways, changing the proxy, using different explorers (opera opens all sites, bisco did it)

Last night celluar phones 3 networks were cut off Tahrir, and today Internet was cut off Shubra to isolated the areas, people are threatening the government, if they cut internet or more sites they'll all be in the streets

and It'd be very dumb of the government to cut phones or Internet, people will have nothing to do and WILL run into the streets
