even so he's got a point.

meh with palermo. meh with psg. great with napoli who were a counter attacking team.
Although Juve are not your prototypical counterattacking club, the evidence that shows that Juve now have some players to be able to do that would only bode well for Cavani on this club

Since it is clear the majority of people want Cavani, would u be willing to sacrifice pogba for him?

Just curious, and i wouldnt even think of doing a deal with psg if it involved pogba
That's a tough call, because I really don't see any way that one can happen without the other.

I think it would all depend on whom they would line up as reinforcements with that Pogba money, as Cavani alone wouldn't be enough.

But since I don't have the gift of foresight, (because if I did, I would've gotten pissed off at Cronios sooner if it meant him getting bannned), I would have to say no

Ill be completely honest on this. It is very tough call, but like sergio said... it depends not only on cavani, but other players we get.

As you can see, we can survive without Pogba. And our midfield is coped with good/decent midfielders who can replace him...althou with the exception or marchisio.... none of them is as special as Pogba. But the fact remains that we can cope...and maybe with the sell of Pogba we can get a worhty repclaement to compliment the midfield.

Where the real issue is, is the forward line. The only WC striker we have is Tevez. He is the one who has carried us game after game, the rest of them all are disposable. Morata is a promising youth, but seems to be a good 2 or 3 years away from his prime. We cant wait for that.

Matri is uninportant and will be out
Llorente seemed to be promising, but this season we confirmed he is not WC, he is just good enought on his day for the job. Sadly, he rarely is on his day.
Coman is not ready for Juve and too young.

We are pretty slim in this department. Adding someone like Cavani will do us a lot of good... not only because of his obvious talent, but because Morata can even be his understudy and learn a thing or two by competing directly with Cavani for that spot.

The Pogba sale will do us good if we are able to really get 3 or 4 players who will instantly make an impact. One could be cavani, the other a talented replacement for Pogba... and maybe a winger and good RB like Darmian.

The obvious issue here....is that well...we will lose maybe the most gifted player of his generation..and it will be a pain in the ass to see him becoming a legend in other team, and maybe worst... fucking us up in the CL. Pogba is to cool as a player TBH. I would love to see him here AND Cavani. Losing Pogba for cavani would leave a sour taste TBH...unless we go straight to destroy teams in the CL. Anyways...Pogs will be missed a lot.

Pogba should not be traded away, no matter how good the player in return is, if they're close to their 30's then they'll probably be gone when Pogba is still well in his Prime. Would be stupid.

even if we sign him and he only gives us 2-4 years of world class goal scoring, then he would have been worth the cost.
Cavani would be a sensational signing, he'd be our best striker we've had since Trezeguet. Him and Tevez together, even if it's only for one season, would be absolutely orgasmic.

No. As a big club, you must keep a hold of your star players. I want Cavani AND Pogba. PSG can fuck off.

Best answer so far :D

I see where both of you( Sergio and Hydde) are coming from but in all honesty i think regardless of the players we get from the pogba deal, you will never get someone like pogba.

I imagine Cavani to be like Tevez that we can enjoy longer cause we got him earlier. Unfortunately we'd have to sacrifice Pogba for that move and I'm not ready for this

People are not refusing cavani to come here for money, people refuse cavani to be in a pogba's deal. You guys are creating drama like tabloid journalists - outta nowhere.

it's like preemptively turning down the hot bitch at the party because you know for sure she'll turn you down if you approached her :p

Read some of the above posts.

Rakib, for example says Cavani is in decline and Berardi and Morata and Zaza will be better.

It seems there's quite a crowd who think Cavani isn't a top striker on Tuz.
