26 games, 15 goals. only twice did he score 2 goals in one game, which means he scored in half the games (13 of 26) he played in CL. pretty good for someone who hasnt proven anything in CL

if our target is to just get out of the group stages then we buy cavani.
Seriously. What are you smoking?. Underrating Cavani so hardcore.

You are talking about results in the CL, and pointing to Dybala being the definite answer...when he hasnt even played one CL minute. Cavani on the other hand has numbers not only in serie A, but in CL. Also in PSG, he has good numbers for being played out of position and not enjoying his football.

He would be very useful for us for the coming 3 years , and maybe we will be able to win things in cup competitions by having a decisive striker who knows how to score.

Your obsession with this argentine is really clouding your judgement. And im not saying dybala is bad, but you are outting all ur eggs in that basket without even looking elsewhere. That seems nonsense to me specially has zamp wants to sell him to us for 40 mils!!! what he has done to be valued at that price?.

The Cavani deal is almost impossible because his wages... but at least we have the point in our favour that he wants to leave and we are appealing to him. Also we can struck a deal with PSG if Marotta really do his magic,

On the other hand... good luck dealing with Zamparini.

So he would be earning about four fifth of his original salary, it's a considerable drop but not huge considering he wants out. He can't expect the same salary he's making bearing in mind the teams that are lining up for him (and the team he's at). Considering Nasser Al-Khelaifi wants to keep him, it's probably all pointless anyway.

Do you know there are people saying he isn't a top striker?
Seriously? Didn't read through this thread :D thankfully...

Not only he's a brilliant striker but he's also a damn useful player to have. And his playing mentality even suits Juve as he runs his lungs out. I'd LOVE to have him and he's one of the rare players who'd be able to replace Tevez here eventually.

Not only that, but i think is widely known that Juventus is a great club to be. Not focusing only on the competitive side of things.... but the club is very stable...theres no rich showbusiness man manipulating things...or circuses like in Milan.

Here, players can train in a good enviroment, full of proffesionals on and off the field, and focus on what matters which is football. Is the perfect place for players to reignite/enhance their abilities.

Cavani, being a well known player, will be treated how he likes to be treated...and for sure will be made the main attacking player with Tevez...in his prefered role.

A duo of Tevez Cavani , backed up by our more than competitive midfield, can seriously compete for CL honours.
