Seriously why people are so obsessed with Cavani I can never understand !

Other than his days with Napoli did people really watched him with PSG ? The guy sucks.

The number of easy chances that he misses every game are ridiculous. PSG are so pissed of him that they just want to ship his ass to any stupid club that buys the hype around him.

I just hope we don't end up signing this guy as part of an exchange deal for Pogba, that would be the worst possible deal for us hands down
.
hilarious swap.
I'm convinced it wont be happen.thats worth like half of Pogba's shoe

how old was tevez when he joined to juve?
i remember Tevez made 113 matches in the four season for man City and scoring 58 goals.but he was a avarage forward in last season(2012/2013)(scored 9 goals) before he joined juve.

cavani has similar situation.may be cavani can do same thing as tevez. cavani already comes with Serie A experience.

Cavani? 45m? we Should not go there. Not as the club nor as the fans. He's good or even very good but too similar to Morata to replace Tevez. We should focus on Dybala and keeping our best players here. It'll be a tough task.

Cavani is not realistic nor worth the 7.5m + bonuses IMO. He'd fantastic but also too expensive.
not that it matters much, but wasnt it 7.5M including bonuses

Cavani is a killer. And Juventus is the perfect enviroment for good players to focus on what really matters which is to play footie.

Apart from Tevez and Morata, we dont have reliable forwards. We need someone to rotate, and we will compete on various fronts. I dont know if juve will be able to get him without elling Pogba! But thats the only way this can work.

A few years ago, this guy was top of my list. 3 straight years with 30+ goals, massive team-oriented work ethic, ready to do the business.

I don't think a deal for Cavani makes sense at this time, though. Way too pricey, and he'll want those guaranteed minutes -- which we're really going to need, to develop Morata and Dybala... alongside Tevez, who is going to extend his current deal...

:D

Cavani is a very good player, but I'd rather see the money spent elsewhere.

Just for laughs: Sell Pogba (100m), Llorente (15m), Ogbonna (8m) = 123m
Buy: Cavani (45m), Verratti (30m), Oscar (40m), Dybala (35m) = 150m.
That's laughable for sure...

I mean, Verratti going for less than Dybala? I know the papers are hyping this Argentinian kid up crazy but him going for more than an elite central midfielder? From PSG no less?

Not happening. And, let's be honest, if Dybala was Italian we wouldn't even be talking about signing him for more than 20m. That South American hype train is real. And less than one year removed from Iturbe hype that soon flopped?

Man.. Cavani is Cavani. He is the CF we have always dreamed.

Morata is for the future... but Cavani is a god among men in scoring goals..which Morata isnt. He also has Tevez like workrate and strong as hell body.

Cavani must be bought if possible. Period.

This is the one thing that pisses me off about Morata sometimes. He seems weak at times, easy to fall, easy to shoulder off the ball, and doesn't fight hard enough to keep possession, instead looking to draw fouls. He is very good at winning free kicks, because of his pace, and agility, but I wish when he is hardly fouled, he would not look for the free kick and instead keep playing like both Tevez and Cavani do. I want him to play a tough game. He reminds me of Palermo Cavani, at like 21-22 years old. Similar strengths, similar body, similar goalscoring record. Cavani developed there, got much stronger, built that tough game, and worked his ass off. Morata seems to have that drive to turn himself into a machine, I'm hoping he builds some more strength, a more rock solid musculature, and becomes that Cavani type striker. He has the work-rate defensively, just goes missing at times going forward. He's close though.
