That's counting 1 minute appearences as well. So you're simply twisting it. Give me a minutes per goal ratio if you want to sound reliable.

Haha I was just doing what you were doing, funny how I am simply twisting it. A lot of his goals came as a substitute but yet you were quoting total goals with only his games started, very misleading. I also remember him scoring plenty of goals when Man City were on fire at the start of last season and the football was coming almost too easily for them, tonking teams by 4,5,6 goals.

I've watched Dzeko a lot since he's been at Man City, he hasn't been a great success so far. I'm not calling him a flop by any means but we wouldn't be talking about a possible transfer to Juve if he had been the £35 million, £135,000 a week striker Mancini hoped he was buying...

Substitute playing occasions are never a good representation for the confidence type of striker.
Still you do not seem to argue that his goal per 110 minutes is a pure fact and it is very strong. City and Mancini's transfer politics are not to be taken seriously. That should never be a valid arguement anywhere. They'll always want the guy that bags goals somewhere else...
He has not been a success because of one reason: mancini. He ain't no Cavani but he'll do the job.

What i'd like to see is a greater statistical breakdown. Aguero started the majority of the big games when he was fit. Dzeko got more of his opportunities against the smaller sides, especially towards the end of the season. So if we look at the stat you quoted blankly, it's not telling us everything, because it's not considering the quality of opponents each player was facing, or the scenarios of each game...if we assume Aguero was playing a higher majority of the better opponents and the games with more pressure etc as he was the number 1 striker.
