He is clearly going through probably his most uninspired spell of form since joining us, however it’s also worth pointing out the multiple injuries struggles he’s had leading up to this point which definitely have taken their toll on him both physically and mentally, nevermind the lack of continuity in building chemistry with his teammates due to constant personnel changes around him due to injuries and formation shifts, overall i actually think he will come out of this goal drought much sooner rather than later but it is also worth pointing out that he sure has a lot to improve when it comes to his first touch and aerial ability, which was evident even before the injuries, however labeling him as a simple poacher is a bit exaggerated because there’s definitely more to his game although he doesn’t always show it… the good thing is that he is still relatively young and with plenty of room to further mature, from what we’ve seen he also has the proper hard working mentality so let’s just hope his touches and decision making will also slowly start to calibrate with more experience and everything should be fine.

I love this man.

All season we've seen his passion through his body language. It's like you can live every emotion on the pitch just by watching him.

Hard worker, and clearly a natural leader given how much support he commands from the team. So happy he scored. Let's have two more in the 2nd half

his aggression is a bit girly but i love how he works his ass off. (if rabiot had his workrate and attitude he'd actually be an elite midfielder.) dusan is still out of form and i have no idea how serious his pubalgia is atm, his first touch is atrocious, but amauri never had similar drive. this guy is destined to succeed, just provide him service.

Expressing emotions is girly? This isn't 1970, brah. I love seeing that his passion is bubbling right at the surface, especially during these difficult times for him.

Completely agree with the rest of it. Like you say, it's exactly that drive that will make these kinds of droughts be the exception and not the rule through his career.

there's masculine aggression like tevez, licht or mandzukic. dusan's aggression is a bit like a tantrum, that's what i meant

i don't mind emotions at all, i love his passion. it's just that i wouldn't be intimidated by dusan if i was an opponent, no matter how big of a guy he is
