Correct decision, I agree, but, and I've been saying this for some time, the offside rule needs a change.
How did Vlahovic gain an advantage from being offside here? Quite the opposite, it was a disadvantage because he had to run back for the ball.

I think it's pretty clear he's been the part of our system which hasn't seen a major improvement since the beginning of the season. But you know what? I'm content to continue to make excuses for him.

He's a top player. Maybe some games on the bench when Milik comes back, but long-term this is our guy. We know how good he is. Some bad form and low confidence following an extremely difficult time for the team doesn't negate all that. I stan.
