According to SerieBnews.it via TuttoJuve, the Bianconeri will try to seal the signature of young Pisa striker, Lorenzo Lucca, and then offer his services to Fiorentina in exchange for Vlahohic.
The Italian is a 21-year-old forward who is courted by Milan and Inter – at least according the the source – and has scored three goals in his first three appearances in Serie B. The former Palermo man stands at 2,01 m.
Whilst buying a player only to offer him as an exchange for another can be described as an unorthodox strategy, the dire financial status of Italian clubs is forcing them to apply some awkward measures.
However, one must wonder if a Serie B talent would truly be able to tempt Fiorentina and convince them to offload their major star to their hated rivals.

I would not invest 70m into any CF while the midfield is this bad.
A new midfield doesn't have to be expensive in terms of transfer sums. Pellegrini & Pogba will possibly be free agents. Rovella is already ours. Rabiot & Bentancur could raise a little cash etc.

All while delayed payments for the likes of Tchouameni or Damsgaard etc. or Vlahovic himself can be used. But we definitely need a big #9 signing as well if we aren't buying Morata (which is probably the case).

That’s exactly what Tici thought, and what got us here.

Even if we sign Morata we definitely need another striker with cuadrado and chiesa in the team

When we decided to sign Ronaldo whoever was involved in the decision are also equally responsible

Let's wait and see how Kean develops first.
i dont know whether you take injuries into account or not Kean is obviously a long term prospect but Vlahovic on an expiring contract is a good opportunity

correct but that is not the point. You can’t sign 60-70m attackers all the time while cheap out on mids.
Depends on who the midfielder is kessie or brozovic on a free transfer is not bad

Wasn’t Rabiot a highly rated youngster?
By the way our defense needs attention too. A lot of it.

definitely but there were always attitude issues with him which unfortunately havent gone despite having everything needed to become a great midfielder

Juventus finances from July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021 making a loss of €209.9M. Double more than the previous year which were €89.7M.(capuanogio)

From Cherubini latest interview, he seems to suggest we're done with signing freebies on high wages. I can see Pogba renewing his ManU contract or joining PSG on a crazy contract.

Lorenzo Pellegrini on free though. That would be a coup.

100% this. If it’s a matter of prioritizing next summer, I hope we absolutely sign a top class CM or even two before we go for an expensive CF.

Plus a CB (unless Dragusin takes a massive leap in developing). Plus a LB. Plus could probably use a winger too.

So many areas of need. Fucking Tootsie.

Pray and hope some of our young players on loan finally come good. Fagioli, Ranocchia, Dragusin. If even just one of them can earn a place here when returning from loan it would be so helpful.

Rabiot was low quality? Or Ramsey?
Yes. Both are garbage. Fagiot hadn't accomplished anything prior to coming here and was already causing problems @ PSG. We bought him based on potential, potential that manifests itself three times a year. As for Glassmsey, he was clearly a spent force, a washed up player whose career was taking a nosedive, largely in part to his injuries. Even prior to his injuries, he was never world class. A solid and reliable player for 2, maybe 3 seasons? Beyond that? Nope. We took a gamble, a huge risk actually, considering that fucking idiot Tootsie's decision to pay both of them insane amounts of money.

What have Pellegrini and Kessie accomplished?

Nothing, but they're still young and trending upwards. If Rabiot was really that great, PSG would have found a way to keep him. He's no Mbappe, so it's not as if there are tons of clubs clamoring for his signature.

Ramsey was brought in as a 28 year old injury prone player. I don't really understand what we were expecting bringing in two question marks and giving them massive wages.

Both players were the wrong profiles. They don't provide our midfield with any pace, dynamism or athleticism.

Pellegrini accomplished quite a lot! Maybe it doesn’t translates to winning trophies with Roma but he’s developing really nice, goal/assists ratio is growing every year and he’s again off with a good start.
